Crafted from 1" or 1 ¼" wide full grain Italian leather strips and fitted with solid brass hardware, these handmade genuine leather dog collars are the epitome of canine luxury. Each custom leather dog collar is proudly crafted in Maine, where we know a thing or two about both craftsmanship and spoiling our furry friends.

How it's Made

Folklore distressed leather dog collars are made using 1 ¼” wide full grain pull up leather strips tanned with waxes and oils giving it a rich two-toned appearance when folded and creased. The subtle tonal shading of the leather only improves with use. Proudly made in Maine.

Full Grain Leather, Brass buckles

Care

Gently wipe with mild soap and water mixture using microfiber cloth. Avoid scrubbing. Hang to air dry.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders ship from our Maine warehouse within 2-3 business days (Embroidered Belts are made to order and ship in roughly 2 weeks). You'll receive order confirmation immediately and tracking when shipped. Orders placed after 11 AM EST begin processing the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased directly from Belted Cow may be returned or exchanged within 60 days with proof of purchase. Please note that there are no returns for Socks or personalized products. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags. Store purchases must be returned to the original retailer. To initiate a return visit our returns page.

What is your return exchange policy?

Merchandise can be returned within 60 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn and accompanied by all original tags, and packing slip or sales receipt. 

Merchandise purchased from one of our retail partners should be returned to the purchase location or contact that retail partner for further instructions. 

Personalized, made-to-order and final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Upon reaching our facility, returns can take 7-10 days to process.  Once we process your return and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It may take 3-5 additional days for your bank to reflect the credit on your account.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders should ship within 2 to 3 business days.  Made to Order items require a two-week production time prior to shipping.

If you must receive your order by a certain date, please contact us for additional instructions.

Please note that during holidays or high-volume times orders may take longer to ship.
