Shipping
Once you place your order, you will receive an email from Belted Cow confirming your order has been received. All status updates on your order will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email directly with the tracking information. Please note that it can take several hours before tracking information is shown.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Maine typically within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. If shipping your order will be delayed beyond 3 business days, we will notify you of the anticipated ship date.
Products such as embroidered belts, please allow 2 weeks to ship.
If you have a specific date by which you need your product, please contact us to discuss options.
For orders received after 12:00 PM EST, delivery times will go into effect the following business day.
Belted Cow assumes responsibility for your order up to receiving proof of delivery at the shipping address provided. Please make sure your shipping address is a safe and secure location to receive your shipment. Consider shipping to a business address if packages could be left unattended. However, once the order has left our warehouse we are not responsible for any delays in shipment caused by the carrier.
If there are special requirements to receiving an order at the shipping location provided, customer must notify Belted Cow at the time of placing the order.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes, please select In-store Pickup when you get to the shipping options. We will contact you when your item is ready for pickup.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within 2-3 business days if the inventory is in stock. Orders placed during the weekend will typically ship the next business day. If you need your order to ship on the same day, please place the order before Noon EST using UPS Overnight (excludes Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).
Please note that during holidays or high-volume times, orders may take longer to ship. We make it a priority to get your items out the door as soon as possible. Made to Order items require a two-week production time prior to shipping.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
