We are excited to introduce you to artist Rhonda Friedman's first design for the Belted Cow Company.

In 1978 Rhonda founded Damariscotta Pottery as a one woman pottery studio. Hidden away on Courtyard Street in Damariscotta, it is one of the best and worst kept secrets in Maine. Like a secret oasis or fishing spot, people in the know are reluctant to tell others because once you see it it's very hard not to become a collector - and since every piece is unique, well, you understand. All original hand painted artwork created by ten artists, the studio's majolica glazed earthenware is sought after by many and inventory is notoriously low after mudseason.
