Shipping
All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS ground or FED EX ground FOB Yarmouth, ME. Shipping costs are computed at the time of shipping and added to your order. If requested, we can use your UPS or FED EX account number. If you need an item urgently, please contact us for specific item availability and/or expedited shipping.
Item Availability
All our products are hand made in small quantities to ensure the highest quality. While we try to update the available stock as often as possible, in the event that the item you ordered is no longer available, you will be notified immediately. Your payment will be refunded unless there is another item you would like instead. If you would like to purchase an item on our site that is listed as sold out, please contact us for that specific item availability. Often times, we just need to order more raw materials for a particular item. If you would like a belt in a size not available in that particular style, please contact us to special order a size.
Care
Dirt is a fact of life - and unfortunately your Belted Cow items are bound to get dirty. While we make our totes out of machine washable materials, we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning them to preserve their original shape. Totes and (non-leather) belts should be hand washed in cold water. Line dry. Items with leather should be spot cleaned around leather. Periodic cleaning of surface dirt on the bottom fabric is a necessity to keep the bottom of your tote aesthetically pleasing. The Belted Cow Co. investigated several commercially available cleaners and found that Formula 409 All Purpose Cleaner, Mr. Clean, Fantastik, and Spray Nine all do a good job of cleaning the dirt and do not harm the Cordura water-resistant bottom fabric.
